The Best Dive Sites
Ann Ann Wreck
Ann Ann Wreck is known as the largest wreck to dive off the coast of Jeddah. It experience's strong currents which often lead to great visibility there. It is possible to penetrate inside the wreck with the stern of the vessel at around 30 metres. With the bow at around 14 metres.

With my personal experiences diving there I have seen black tip and white tip reef sharks, sailfish, large schools of barracuda. A variety of reef fish. Blue spotted stingrays. It is truly the best wreck to dive close to Jeddah.

Crazy Eight
Crazy Eight reef has a wonderful reef formation allowing for divers to explore deep inside through its many tunnels. Known for its great visibility its a popular dive site among operators.
To its south west there is a "drop off" extending beyond 60 metres which is very popular with experienced divers. I have personally seen sharks here with one resident three metre Silky Shark always the star attraction.
Barracuda are very common, a variety of Trevally are often in the area as well as different types of tuna. Crazy Eight also has an abundance of red sea reef fish including the ever popular clown fish. If you are looking for a reef that has everything Crazy Eight is the one to head to!

Abu Madafa
Abu Madafa known for its crystal clear waters and beautiful cave systems is one of my favourite dive sites in Jeddah.
A network of underground passages that are inviting even for open water divers are shrouded in sunlight. stingrays, reef fish and even nurse sharks inhabit this reef.
As you stray from the caverns and caves of the main reef other sharks lurk towards the deeper waters. barracuda are often present as well as eagle rays making Abu Madafa a must see site for when diving in Jeddah.
